Martin is our absolute padel pioneer. He put his tennis racket aside more than 10 years ago to swap it for a padel racket. As one of the first six national padel players in Germany, he was instrumental in the first construction of a padel facility at a tennis club in Germany/Cuxhaven. Many other projects at home and abroad followed and will follow. Martin grew up with construction in his family and has his roots in the financial sector with banks and insurance companies. Wolfgang is in charge of solar systems, charging stations and battery storage in our projects. With all these components, they can plan systems, whether now or later. Wolfgang also acts as a sustainability officer and informs employees about sustainable practices, behavioural changes and the importance of sustainability for the company and society

Felix has many years of experience in the padel business and is well connected in the padel scene, especially in Germany and Denmark. As Project Manager Germany, Felix is responsible for the smooth running of our projects and their completion.

As Sales Manager for Northern Germany, Mr Kreitling is responsible for acquiring new projects and contacting our customers.

Fran González is our architect specialising in padel projects. For years (2018-2023) he was the official building consultant of the German Padel Association. He is trusted with everything related to the planning of a padel facility (checking existing documents, preparing a building application and taking over communication with the relevant authorities and experts for obtaining planning permission, preparing tender documents and awarding contracts as well as on-site construction management).

Together with Mr Jacobsen, Mr Witt is behind our important partner "Nord-Ostsee Bau". The construction company based in Dagebüll specialises in concrete and masonry work. Among other things, it carries out work in the areas of new construction, renovation of old buildings and basement construction as well as specialised civil engineering. For Best World Padel, Nord-Ostsee Bau is the ideal partner for the construction of the necessary foundations and a large number of modifications to indoor facilities.

Mr Jacobsen has been a master metalworker and managing director of Metallbau Jacobsen for 30 years. In particular, he brings his expertise in the field of metal to the Best World Padel team.
